UNC Greensboro - A Graduate Receives Her Diploma!

You may remember Leigh from her cap and gown session from a few weeks ago featured here on the blog. Last week she graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). Leigh received her bachelor's degree from the Department of Human Development & Family Studies - School of Health & Human Sciences. I was able to attend her departmental graduation with her mother & document this very special occasion on Wednesday morning, May 2nd. Leigh also attended her graduation ceremony on Friday, May 4th at the Greensboro Coliseum with all of the graduates at UNCG and her entire family in attendance. Leigh was accepted into the graduate program at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, where she will be headed this fall. Until then, she and her mother are traveling on a whirlwind trip throughout Europe as her graduation gift. She certainly earned it!
