An At Home Summerfield Family Session

Last month, I had the pleasure of photographing a wonderful family at their home in Summerfield. Mark and Ann had their three sons, Stuart, Paul, and Keenan all together at one time to celebrate a birthday, so it was the perfect time to schedule a family session.   I believe one of their sons traveled all the way from Arizona, another from Raleigh, and then Greensboro.  The last time they'd done a family session was when their youngest son was still a baby! Two of their son's girlfriends joined in the festivities and for the family session too. I was hoping one of their three dogs or five cats would join them too - wouldn't of that been fun trying to pull that together!!?? Actually, Rebecca, one of the sweetest cats ever did photobomb a few of the shots. I had to share one! We had the perfect late summer afternoon for their session in their beautiful backyard. 

Also a shout out to my better half, Terry, for referring this family to me. They are his clients as well - he owns a small garden maintenance/landscaping business and they are one of his best clients. Terry actually came with me to assist during the session and I want to thank him for helping me for that too! He's a keeper.  Mark and Ann are such generous folks, as they offered their Sunset Beach house to us last month for an entire week. We had the best time and we are both so very grateful!
