A Summer Engagement Session at Grove Winery

Back in early June, Damian and Amber traveled to the coast to celebrate Amber's college graduation from GTCC's nursing program. While there, at a waterfront park in Beaufort, Damian proposed to Amber with his family present and she said yes!  I'm so excited for these two, who are also musician clients and friends of mine.  When Amber reached out to me just days after their engagement to schedule their engagement session and to commission me for their wedding, I felt honored!

 We made plans for their session and one evening last week, I got together with Damian & Amber at my wonderful neighbor's beautiful place, Grove Winery & Vineyards  Amber's precious little girl "J" joined in for a few photos too. They are such a sweet family of three and all of them were such troopers, considering it was hovering right around 90ºf when we started off.  I'm grateful that Amber's twin sister, Ashley came along and was such a big help too (she also did Amber's makeup!).

We sure had a fun evening and I'm really looking forward to their wedding next June, which will be held on a private farm in Mebane. It's going to be a blast!
