A Joyous Celebration - Greensboro Proximity Hotel Wedding

Fall is just around the corner, and with that comes fall wedding season. Its hard to believe that Kevin and Rob's wedding has almost been a year ago. And even more hard to believe I never featured their wedding on the blog! These two had an intimate ceremony held at the gorgeous Proximity Hotel in Greensboro. They reserved a private space, The Latham Room, with family and close friends in attendance for their ceremony and seated dinner afterwards. We spent some time beforehand photographing everyone who was there and of course Kevin & Rob together. There are so many beautiful locations throughout the hotel for photos, so its always a treat for me!

The following evening, Kevin and Rob hosted a reception for all of their families and friends at The Nissen Building in downtown Winston-Salem. What a fun event this was! Rob had lived in this building before, so he was able to reserve a banquet room downstairs for their reception. I love the art deco in this building - such a cool place, almost old world Hollywood. The best part about the reception is that these two had a red carpet area set up for photos at the entrance, so nobody missed it. I felt like I was working at a film festival, which made it all the more fun. In addition to the red carpet, I enjoyed photographing candids of the guests mingling with Kevin & Rob throughout the evening. They had a great assortment of music chosen on Spotify and the food was amazing at their reception too!

Kevin and Rob were an absolute joy to work with, as were their families and friends. Its nice to see couples so happy and to be so in love! I really enjoyed being a part of their joyous celebration!
